Background:
We, as a company, are keen on showing true after-sales support, and in line with this, we support all products out in the field, as well as our own.
Example:
This was recently illustrated by an internal bulkhead, where a customer was becoming frustrated by the body manufacturer who appeared unable to supply parts.
Solution:
We stepped in with a technical drawing, complete with correct dimensions, which then enabled us to press the panels and make a new internal bulkhead within a five-day period.
Results observed:
This minimised the vehicle’s down-time and got it back on the road and promptly operational within its fleet.
