Burnt Tree Refrigerental Case Study
Burnt Tree Refrigerental
Nature of business:
The company rents standard design stock vehicles to everyday users of frozen and/or chilled vehicles for the distribution of food products.
Burnt Tree Refrigerental’s operation runs on a national basis through 21 depots, thereby the company was keen to see a flexible vehicle that would meet the requirements of all users.
Problems faced by the client:
- Flexibility of design
- Quality/robust build
- Ability to repair on local basis after returned
To ensure Burnt Tree Refrigerental has a single design product in stock, with quick turn-around ‘on the road’ ability, that offers and delivers a top quality image, as the company is launching itself to the fridge market.
Coolertech now stocks, to Burnt Tree Refrigerental’s design, a Mercedes Sprinter frozen/chilled vehicle specified with identical equipment of temperature recorder and GAH refrigeration unit. The controls of this equipment are also identically placed on all vehicles. Every depot therefore has the ability to swap vehicles in and out according to its needs.
