Success at CV Show for Coolertech
We are pleased to have generated a high level of interest in our line-up of specialised vehicles at the recent CV Show at NEC in Birmingham. Our products range from small car-derived vans, through to 26 tonne rigids, and on this year’s stand we displayed two temperature-controlled vehicles and a demountable body system.
The first of our three exhibits was a Mercedes Sprinter 3.5 tonne truck with single compartment insulated box body. The vehicle features double rear doors, folding rear step and lightweight floor construction, as well as many other standard and specialised build items. The box was constructed utilising our high quality insulated panels. These were manufactured in-house at our panel plant, as are those used across our entire product range.
Also on the stand representing our fridge van conversion capabilities was a 3.5 tonne MWB Mercedes Sprinter. The single compartment van features a myriad of design elements to provide a practical solution, with an impressive payload.
The exhibition also provided us with the perfect platform to showcase an exciting new product – a unique demountable body system which utilises hydraulics to demount a pod from the chassis. This allows for the simple detachment and reattachment of the body from the chassis, enabling the demountable body to stand independently on integrated legs. Furthermore, the fully adjustable hydraulics allow for different weights and payloads. This system enables operators to maximise efficiency and improve productivity by better utilising their drivers and vehicles.
All our insulated vehicles are designed and manufactured at our UK technology and production facilities. In addition, they come with a ten-year construction warranty, as standard.
